Return Policy:
The Game Room Supply & BBO Poker Tables would like the opportunity to fix any situations prior to return. We have built a reputation for customer service by going out of our way to make sure our customers are satisfied, but in the event that we need to transact a return, here is our policy. Please familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions, as we cannot accommodate returns for items with concealed damage or shipping damage until the insurance portion has been concluded between you and the shipping company. It is very important that you understand the proper way to accept your custom poker table to protect yourself from hidden shipping damage.
We will honor exchanges and refunds on all BBO Poker Tables products up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and the freight must be properly packaged and arrive back to us in new condition. There is a 15% restocking fee for change of mind and returns on custom orders only (orders with a template graphic or custom layout). In the event your poker or game table was not properly packaged for return transit, we will itemize damaged or lost pieces and deduct it from the final refund total. If you are initiating a return, please take time to package the products for the trip back to us! Please notify intentions of return/exchange and to receive RMA by emailing us at support@thegameroomsupply.com.
Warranty:
All BBO Poker Tables are covered under a 1 YEAR WARRANTY for manufacturing defects.
Measure carefully before placing an order with us. Make sure you have enough room to put your awesome new poker table in. We have placed the dimensions of the poker tables on our site so that you can measure and make an informed decision when buying. Shipments refused due to being too big are considered a change of mind and we will treat it as a return.
How to file a claim:
All manufacturing claims require a documented account of the issue and pictures. Please send all in the form of an email with your name and order number in the subject to support@thegameroomsupply.com, and we will get a claim started for you. Our Customer Service Issues representative will reply confirming receipt and get any additional details within 1-3 business days. We will figure out the most convenient and efficient solution to the situation and address accordingly.
Please note that manufactures claims are very different from shipping damage, please familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions to be covered under shipping insurance so we can send shipping damage replacement parts for you immediately. Concealed damage from not properly inspecting and signing the bill of lading is not manufacturers defect and must be appealed by the customer directly with the freight company. In the event of concealed damage claims denied by the freight company, we do have replacement parts available for sale, but all that can be avoided by following our Shipping Receiving Instructions.
Replacement decisions are the sole discretion of BBO Poker Tables, it is our promise to provide you with a quality, long lasting poker and game table.
